Building the Nonexist Studio website

The brief

Building a full website for Nonexist Studio, with WordPress as the technical foundation — a sensible choice to give the client autonomy over content once the project shipped.

The process

Purple (#7C3AED) was chosen as the identity color, a shade associated with creativity and the studio's world. The work covered both UI/UX design (page structure, user flows) and technical integration in WordPress, using Elementor for page building plus a handful of targeted plugins (contact form, SEO, caching) to cover the functional needs without bloating the site.

What I take away from it

A WordPress site requires thinking about design and content structure at the same time: a mockup that ignores how the client will actually maintain the site day to day creates friction within the first weeks of use.
